Know how much you can spend and save up for your holidays, a new car, the unexpected, a home, Christmas gifts
One number a day, without linking your bank account. And it’s free.
Coming to the App Store and Google PlayAll in one number.
Enter what’s in your account, the bills on the way and what you want to set aside. Every morning Buddo turns it into one number, until your next paycheck.
How it works
Start from your balance, take out what you still have to pay and what you’re setting aside, divide by the days until payday. That’s what you can spend today.
Your business.
What you type into Buddo is used for one thing only: doing your math.
No advertising and no tracking tools. Your data is never sold or lent.
Delete your account from the app with everything you entered, or write to us and we’ll do it.
What people ask us.
How much does it cost, and which phones is it on?
Nothing: Buddo is free. It’s coming to iPhone and Android.
Does Buddo connect to my bank?
Buddo isn’t connected to your bank. For the numbers to add up, enter your balance when your salary arrives and log your expenses as you go.
How does it work out what I can spend?
Buddo starts from your account balance, takes out what you still have to pay and what you decided to set aside, and tells you how much you can spend from today until your next payday.
That amount, divided by the days left, is your daily allowance. If you spend less today, tomorrow’s allowance goes up. If you spend more, it goes down.
What is a cycle?
The cycle is the time between two salaries: it starts on the day one arrives and ends the day before the next. All of Buddo’s numbers refer to the current cycle: how much you can spend, how much you’ve spent, what’s left to pay.
If you get paid on the first of the month, Buddo calls it a month. Otherwise it’s a cycle, for example from the 13th to the 12th of the following month.
What do you do with my data?
Buddo shows no ads, doesn’t sell or lend your data, uses no analytics or tracking tools and doesn’t profile you. The calculations on your numbers only show you estimates: they make no decisions that affect you.
How do I delete everything?
In Account → Email and password → Delete account. You don’t need to write to anyone: your account and your data are deleted straight away. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also disconnect Buddo from your Apple Account: in Settings tap your name, then Sign in with Apple, choose Buddo and tap Delete.
